Delivery, Refund & Cancellation Policy
KeyBrox is a digital SaaS (Software-as-a-Service) platform provided at keybrox.com and operated by ASTRAL GAYRİMENKUL DANIŞMANLIK TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ. No physical product is shipped; delivery is entirely electronic.
Payment, billing and refunds are handled by Paddle.com Market Limited acting as Merchant of Record (MoR). Android in-app purchases are processed through Google Play Billing. Refunds are returned to your original payment method through Paddle.
1. Service Delivery
KeyBrox is a digital software service; there is no physical product or courier delivery. The service is provided as a platform accessed over the internet.
1.1. Method and Timing of Delivery
Once your subscription payment is confirmed by Paddle, your account is activated instantly and access to the platform is granted. Login details and access instructions are sent automatically to the email address you provided at registration. In the event of a technical fault, delivery shall in no case exceed 24 hours.
1.2. Accessing the Service
You can access the platform via a web browser at keybrox.com or through the KeyBrox mobile app. An internet connection and an up-to-date browser are all you need to use the service.
1.3. Delivery Problems
If your payment has been taken but your account has not been activated, or you have not received the login-details email, please notify us at info@keybrox.com and the issue will be resolved as soon as possible.
2. Free Trial
KeyBrox offers newly registered offices a 14 (fourteen) day free trial. No credit-card details are requested during the trial and no charge is taken.
If no subscription is started by the end of the trial, the account is automatically frozen; data is retained for 30 days and then irreversibly deleted.
3. Subscription Cancellation
3.1. How to Cancel
- Through the account/subscription settings inside the platform, or
- By emailing [info@keybrox.com](mailto:info@keybrox.com) with the subject "Subscription Cancellation".
Once a cancellation request is received, a confirmation email is sent within 2 business days.
3.2. When Cancellation Takes Effect
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current subscription period. For example, if you request cancellation on day 20 of a monthly subscription, your access continues until the end of the period (day 30).
4. Refund Terms
4.1. General Rule — Digital Service
KeyBrox is digital content and a digital service. Because performance of the service begins as soon as you first access the platform, refunds are not provided as a general rule. The exceptional cases below are reserved.
4.2. Exceptional Cases Where Refunds Apply

4.3. Refund Process
Approved refunds are returned to your original card/account through Paddle, acting as Merchant of Record. Funds typically reach your account within 5–10 business days; bank and card-issuer processing times may vary.
5. Plan Changes (Upgrade / Downgrade)
- Upgrade: Takes effect immediately; the difference is calculated on a pro-rata daily basis and charged.
- Downgrade: Takes effect at the start of the next subscription period; no difference is refunded for the current period.
6. Account Deletion
Cancelling a subscription does not mean your account is automatically deleted. To protect your data, your account is kept in a frozen state for 90 days. After this period the data is irreversibly destroyed. You may request permanent account deletion by emailing info@keybrox.com.
8. Right of Withdrawal (EU / UK Consumers)
Consumers in the European Union and the United Kingdom normally benefit from a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts. Because KeyBrox is a digital service supplied immediately, this right is waived once you expressly consent to the service beginning and acknowledge that you thereby lose the withdrawal right — in line with EU Consumer Rights Directive Art. 16(m) and the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.
If you have not yet accessed the platform, you may withdraw within 14 days for a full refund (see Section 4). Your mandatory local consumer-protection rights are reserved and unaffected by this policy, notwithstanding the governing law set out below.
